Spa-Like Baths

“Neutral territory”

The inspiration for this bathroom were a few sepia toned nature photographs in birch frames with white mattes (one of which is visible over the bath). The client loved the idea of a free standing claw foot soaking tub but did not want the space to be too traditional.

The neutral combinations of the marble floor and stall shower, tumbled marble walls, and buttermilk painted walls  combined with the organic wood and rush spa table made a serene sanctuary in the master bath. The white tub and lush white Turkish towels coordinated beautifully with the porcelain detailed bath and shower fixtures.

“Beige is atmospheric. It’s bisque, it’s ivory, it’s cream, it’s stone, it’s toast, it’s cappuccino. It’s well, It’s magic.” – Albert Hadley
